The service is consultative and reflective in nature, supporting clarity, understanding, and structured thinking.

2.  Scope and Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that this service:

  • Does not constitute legal, tax, financial, medical, or investment advice
  • Does not constitute formal religious rulings (fatwa) or jurisdiction-specific religious determinations
  • Does not constitute formal therapy, counselling, or psychological treatment unless explicitly agreed under a separate arrangement

Our role is to support reflection, understanding, and structured exploration of options.

Where matters require specialist input, we support clients in preparing for and engaging with appropriately qualified professionals.

3.  Working with Professional Advisors

Where appropriate, we may suggest or introduce you to independent professional advisors (including solicitors, tax advisors, or other specialists).

Such professionals:

  • Act independently
  • Are engaged directly by you
  • Are responsible for their own advice and services

We are not responsible for the advice, services, or outcomes provided by third-party professionals.

4.  Free, Donation-Based, and Paid Services

4.1  Free Services

Some services may be offered free of charge at our discretion.

4.2  Voluntary Donations

For certain services, you may choose to make a voluntary donation:

  • Donations are entirely optional
  • No minimum amount is set
  • Donations do not affect access, quality, or priority of services
  • Donations are voluntary expressions of goodwill
  • Donations are not a condition of service delivery

We provide guidance and structured support only and do not make decisions on your behalf.

6.  Confidentiality

We treat all client interactions as confidential. Information will not be disclosed except:

  • Where there is a serious risk of harm

Clients agree to respect the confidentiality of our materials, frameworks, and methodologies.

7.  Data Protection

8.  Cancellations and Rescheduling

10.  Intellectual Property

All frameworks, tools, materials, and methodologies remain our intellectual property.

They are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercialised without written permission.

11.  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for losses arising from your decisions or actions
  • We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from third-party advice or services
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service

You acknowledge that you remain responsible for your decisions and any actions taken. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not legally permitted.

12.  Professional Boundaries

Our services support ethical reflection, planning, and understanding.

They do not constitute the resolution of legal, financial, medical, or specialist matters, which should be addressed by appropriately qualified professionals.

This does not prevent either party seeking urgent legal relief.
