Our story

Where this
began

"I kept meeting people who were doing everything right by conventional measures — and still feeling lost. That told me something was missing from how we talk about living well." - Waqaas Shaikh

Ethical Life Advisors was established to help individuals and families gain clarity when facing life’s challenges, decisions, and transitions.

Through years of working with people from different backgrounds, we observed that many difficulties cannot be understood in isolation. Challenges relating to purpose, relationships, career, finances, and personal development are often interconnected.

The six-pillar framework was developed as a structured way of understanding these connections, identifying underlying issues, and helping people move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

Built through years of practical experience in counselling, community work, and one-to-one advisory support, the framework is shaped by real-life challenges rather than theory alone.
